Easy Single Serving Guacamole

Easy Solo Guac Recipe

Do you like guacamole? I do. This recipe is my go to when I want some guac, and I am feeling lazy. Keep reading to see how you can make a single serving of guacamole in less than ten minutes.

There are a lot of recipes out there for guacamole. I encourage you to experiment to learn what you like. I’ve found that I like a strong lime and cilantro flavor. This recipe is better with fresh onion, but I don’t always have one handy or am not in the mood to chop it. Same goes for the lemon juice, basil, and lime juice. This is the lazy, quick version; it was inspired by my friend Yaniv (thanks!).

  1. The crackers look tasty too. I have never tried it with basil. I'll need to try it next time, thanks!

    1. The crackers were decent. A sample from a friend; I ran out of chips.

Try it and let me know what you think

  2. Yumm. I've never tried it with basil either.

My go-to homemade is avocado, a little lime juice, granulated garlic, and a spoon to salsa (when I don't have a tomato) and add a little salt and pepper.

I love guac. I think I could be a guacaholic.

    1. Yours sounds even easier with the salsa. I might have to try that next time.
