Here are some of the tasty foods that I managed to cram into my mouth in the last week. I went out so many times, but here are some of the better photos.
The week started off with a trip to Ecopolitan for some raw, vegan food. I hadn’t been there in a while. Their menu has improved since the last time I went there. I would go again. I had the chili cheese burrito; it was delicious and spicy. Sadly, they were out of guac, so I had the eco chips. It needs the guac.
My girlfriend and I had a craving for some vegan rancheros from Hard Times CafĂ©, but I didn’t want to venture out into the cold. I roasted some potatoes and then paired them with black beans, salsa, and some freshly made guac. It was so good! My mouth is watering thinking about it. I should probably stop writing and go make some more.
The above dish was the Chinese broccoli stir fry at Amazing Thailand. It was really good. I love Chinese broccoli, so it would have been hard for them to mess it up. It came with some fried tofu in a very light peanut broth.
I finished the week off with a vegan potluck at 501 Fit. They had a presentation of a guy named George who rode his bicycle from Seattle to Boston. It was interesting to hear about his adventures while wolfing down tastiness. I made my Spiced Chickpeas and Spinach.
What is the favorite thing you ate this last week?
That one bite of your burrito might have been my favorite. When are we going back?? :)
