Do you like chocolate and strawberries? Like smoothies? You will love this one. I was in the mood for something chocolate, but wanted to to be healthy. This smoothie was created. Let me know if you make it.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 8 dates (deglet noor)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (undutched)
- 6-8 frozen strawberries
Method
- combine banana, rice milk, cashews, and dates in blender and blend on high until smooth
- add cocoa powder and strawberries and blend on high again until smooth
- enjoy!
Serves one.
