We used to buy Gardein crispy tenders at Costco before they quit carrying them. The local co-op still has them though. We like them as a quick dinner when we were feeling lazy and don’t want to cook. They bake in the oven in about twenty minutes and come out nice and crispy. 100% vegan. They are made from soy and grains like quinoa, amaranth, and kamut.
