Ingredients
- 1/4-1/2 cup of orange juice with pulp (less for thicker)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 (6oz) container of vanilla yogurt (I used wholesoy)
- 5-6 frozen strawberries
- 1 peeled banana
- 1 pealed, halved orange
- three baby carrots (optional)
Procedure
- Combine ingredients in vita-mix (or blender) in the order listed
- Blend on high until smooth
Makes about 3 cups.
Ha! As I'm reading this I'm having a smoothie of oj, coconut milk, strawberries, pineapples, almonds and a dash of sweetness. Great way to start the day!
