Cajun Yam Fries

Cajun Yam Fries
Easy to make and tasty. They are baked, no fried, so they are light and more healthy. They are good as a snack, side or part of a main dish. Sometimes I put chili on them.


  • Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit
  • Spread yam in a single layer on baking sheet
  • Spray with olive oil (I use a Misto)
  • Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Flip, Re-spray, and Re-sprinkle
  • Bake for another 10-12 minutes
