This delicious smoothie is creamy and tasty. It’s also very easy to make, and dare I say it, healthy. If you like oranges, you should try this smoothie.
The secret ingredient is cashew cream. It really makes this smoothie come alive much more than vanilla yogurt would. See my previous recipe on how to make cashew cream.
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup cashew cream
- 2 cups ice
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional for extra nutrition)
- combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Makes about three cups.
