Easy to make and tasty. They are baked, no fried, so they are light and more healthy. They are good as a snack, side or part of a main dish. Sometimes I put chili on them.
- Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit
- Spread yam in a single layer on baking sheet
- Spray with olive oil (I use a Misto)
- Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Flip, Re-spray, and Re-sprinkle
- Bake for another 10-12 minutes
