The colorful and delicious plate above was one of the many tasty plates I ate over the thanksgiving weekend.
Starting from the left, there is a thick slice of tofurkey cooked with yam, sweet onions, and apple. Just to the right are the purple and red potatoes roasted with red onions. The yellow sweet potato was simmered with a vegetable broth. Gingered brussel sprouts and oranged carrots round out the rest of the plate. So very tasty.
