I was lucky enough to visit their success party at the end of their kickstarter. It was a lot of fun. They had vegan cake and cupcakes to celebrate. One fan even made them an edible gingerbread house.
They plan to open April 2015 with a store front just north of downtown Minneapolis. In the meantime, you can get their products at the Linden Hills Farmers Market.
My favorite from HB is their Maple Sage Sausage. I like to eat it with some roti, dijon mustard, red sauerkraut, and spinach. Yum! The All American Sausage is also really good with some sweet potatoes.
