I first saw the Forks Over Knives (FOK) film in the theater many years ago when it first came out. I really enjoyed it! Since then, I have been trying to better incorporate the good ideas in my own kitchen and life. I was gifted the Forks Over Knives Cookbook which I really enjoy using. Most of the recipes are really easy and all are health promoting. If you haven’t looked at the film or the cookbook, check the links above/below.
FOK just started an online cooking class. The syllabus looks very interesting, and I am looking forward to how they deliver it online. I am looking forward to improving my cooking skills. If you are interested in taking the class with me, check out the link: http://www.forksoverknives.com/cooking-course/ My class starts September 9, 2015.
