Here are some of the tasty foods that I managed to cram into my mouth in the last week. I went out so many times, but here are some of the better photos.
The week started off with a trip to Ecopolitan for some raw, vegan food. I hadn’t been there in a while. Their menu has improved since the last time I went there. I would go again. I had the chili cheese burrito; it was delicious and spicy. Sadly, they were out of guac, so I had the eco chips. It needs the guac.
My girlfriend and I had a craving for some vegan rancheros from Hard Times Café, but I didn’t want to venture out into the cold. I roasted some potatoes and then paired them with black beans, salsa, and some freshly made guac. It was so good! My mouth is watering thinking about it. I should probably stop writing and go make some more.
The above dish was the Chinese broccoli stir fry at Amazing Thailand. It was really good. I love Chinese broccoli, so it would have been hard for them to mess it up. It came with some fried tofu in a very light peanut broth.
I finished the week off with a vegan potluck at 501 Fit. They had a presentation of a guy named George who rode his bicycle from Seattle to Boston. It was interesting to hear about his adventures while wolfing down tastiness. I made my Spiced Chickpeas and Spinach.
What is the favorite thing you ate this last week?
